Wesleyan Homes, a continuing care retirement community in Georgetown is seeking a Hospice RN, PRN, for our Wesleyan Hospice team. Primary functions include directing nursing care for hospice patients of all ages in their place of residence, coordinating care with the interdisciplinary team, patient/family, and the referring agency, and assuming responsibility for coordination of care. Current Texas license as a registered nurse and two years experience as an RN in a clinical care setting is required; hospice experience is preferred. Texas Drivers license and proof of current auto liability are required.

Wesleyan Hospice is located at 508 Leander Road in Georgetown.
