Christmas Recipe – Liz’s Louisiana Pecan Pie

Ingredients: 9" pie crust 3 eggs 2/3 cup sugar 1/3 tsp. salt 1/3 cup melted butter 1 cup dark corn syrup 1 tsp. vanilla   Mix all of the above ingredients with a rotary mixer.  Once mixed, pour in 1 cup of pecans.  Pour the mixture into the pie shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.  ...
